💭 What's the Problem?
Manually figuring out which tasks are urgent, important, or can wait is mentally draining, and let’s be honest, most of us either overthink it or skip it entirely. Even when we do sort them out, we often misjudge how long each task should take, which leads to wasted time, burnout, or straight-up avoidance. Most tools just throw everything into a flat list, with zero prioritisation or time-awareness. That’s not productivity—it’s chaos with a checklist.
✨ My Solution:
I built a smart AI agent with n8n that automates my task life. Here’s what it does:
Grabs task prompts from Telegram or new Google Calendar events
Feeds them to Gemini AI, which:
Sorts them into the Eisenhower Matrix (Urgent/Important) based on my habits & preferences
Gives each task a catchy, gamified name
Adds smart tips & hacks to help get it done
Predicts how long it’ll take me to complete
Sends the final task to Todoist with all the tags, priorities, and deadlines – all set up and ready to go
It’s my little productivity engine ⚙️ that makes boring task lists feel more like quests.
🎯 Who’s This For?
Students & young pros juggling classes, meetings, and side projects
Productivity geeks who love Todoist and automation
People who need a motivational boost (gamified task names FTW!)
Anyone who wants their to-dos to be smarter, not longer
🛠️ Tech Stack:
n8n – automation wizardry
Gemini API – AI brain behind prioritizing, naming, and tip-dropping
Google Calendar API – pulls in tasks
Telegram Bot API – accepts my prompts
Todoist API – task destination
Prompt Writing & Custom Eisenhower Logic – to make the AI work like me
🔥 What I Learned:
How to build real AI workflows with zero fluff
Prompt engineering that actually reflects personal habits
That productivity can be playful, powerful, and personal—all at once
